Storage of Personal Information:

Information collected through forms on our websites. It is stored in our CRM-system in Simplero, which is systems we use to obtain, manage and store customer data and to automate marketing communication.

The information is stored until you ask for it to be deleted or after being inactive for 2 years, unless other lawful grounds apply.

You may request for your information to be deleted by contacting us.

Sharing information to third parties?

We will share your Personal Information in limited circumstances such as with members of our team, in case of sale of the company or with joint ventures and affiliate partners if necessary, and to trusted third parties like those delivering the payment solutions such as Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer and VIPPS (DnB). These subcontractors may process Personal Information on behalf of us. 

If we share Personal Information to organizations providing services for us, we will require from them to only use such Personal Information for the specific limited purpose, and we will ask for necessary guaranties from the third part providing sufficient protection off your Personal Information.

All third parties receiving Personal Information from us is obliged to follow our standards in processing Personal Information or equivalent standards, and is obliged to follow and to be updated to the current Privacy Legislation.

If we are required to, we suspect illegal use of our services or websites, by law we may share stored Personal Information with the authorities.

If Personal Information needs to be transmitted to another organization due to a fusion, financing, reorganization or resolution transaction of all or parts of us, we may only do this given that the involved parties have an agreement securing the collected data, and where use and sharing of Personal Information is limited to purposes due to the transaction, including whether the transaction will continue or not, and the given Personal Information can only be used to continue and complete the transaction. If another company buy us or our business or properties, this company will access the Personal Information collected by us, and will undertake the rights and obligations concerning your Personal Information as stated in this Privacy Policy.

Occasionally, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our websites such as to the booking and journal platform Easypractice.net, and to the music education platform musikk-undervisning.no. We may include links to external third-party websites on our websites which are not under our control. These third parties’ websites have separate and independent Privacy Policies. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy for every website you visit. We have no responsibility to the content and activities on these pages. You acknowledge and agree to your responsibility to read the Privacy Policy of external websites you visit, regardless of being redirected there from our website, and we are not responsible for any damage caused by interactions with these external websites.

Use of our Social Media platforms are governed by the Privacy Policy and terms of those platforms. Even though linked to our website, you acknowledge and agree that all use of external social media platforms is at your own risk and not our responsibility.

Security

It is important for us to secure your Personal Information. We do what we can in order to maintain and use measures for physical and technical security of accounts and storage of data, to prevent loss, abuse, unauthorised access, disclosure or modifications of your Personal Information.

Your Personal Information are processed by secure networks and are available for a limited number of people only with special rights to access such systems, and who are obliged to treat Personal Information with confidentiality. We use computer systems with limited access, placed in construction with physical security installations.

We evaluate our data collection, storage and processing practice, including physical security measures, to protect unauthorized access to our computer systems.

All payment transactions are processed either via a gateway-supplier, and is not stored or processed on our servers. In addition, all debit- and credit card information you give are encrypted using SSL-technology (Secure Socket Layer).

If an employee by us misuse any Personal Information, this will be viewed as a serious violation and may be followed by disciplinary actions, including resignation. If a person or an organization misuse Personal Information received while assisting us providing our website or services, it will be viewed as a serious violation where a suitable response may include cancellation of agreements between us and the organization.

Concerning misuse of your Personal Information you will be noticed within 4 working days after us being informed. You acknowledge and agree you are responsible for maintaining the security concerning information you provide to set up a password when using services we offer.
